The sixties and seventies classics show is the second car and coffee event due to be held at Blenheim Palace this summer. Why not clear your diary for Sunday 3rd of July and enjoy a family day out! If you own a classic car from the sixties and seventies, then why not enter the trials? For those who just want to watch there is plenty to see. All Morgans Day
Again at Blenheim Palace, and on the same day as the above event, is the All Morgans Day. If you are a fan of this iconic make of car, then why not get a ticket for this event. Proceeds from this event go to help the Veteran Mental Health Charity, Combat Stress. Tickets for this event are available from the Blenheim Palace website.
The French Car Show
If you like French cars, then a visit to the Castle Combe Racing Circuit is in order on June 4th. On this day, the only cars on the track will be Gallic. It is a great day out for all the family, but make sure that you book your tickets soon as they often sell out for this event. If you ride a motorbike, the Simply Bikes show at Beaulieu in Hampshire on the 10th July might be what you are looking for. Both riders and enthusiasts are welcome to come along to this event. You can ride in and then park in the museum complex. If you decide to join in the race, then you stand a chance of getting the People’s Choice Award. Land Rover drivers may be interested in the Classic Land Rover show that takes place on the 25th and 26th of June this year. The event takes place at the British Motor Museum in Gaydon, Warwickshire. The event also features classic public service vehicles, so there should be plenty to see. If you decide to go for the weekend there are nearby camping facilities. For those people who want to make it a family outing, there are play facilities and a great picnic area. There are plenty of activities for youngsters, and plenty of interactive facilities within the museum for everyone. Book your tickets at the museum website well before the actual event.
